I liked being home. And I thought I was going to go to sleep right away, but I had to shower and I was actually so physically exhausted that I didn’t think I could sleep. Everyone was downstairs. We popped open a bottle of Penderyn and Marty and I had a little. (He agrees: It is singularly delicious.) We even drank it out of the beautiful glasses that came with my bottles – just thinking about having those glasses makes me excited!

We watched my section of the competition on DVD. It was so bizarre, watching myself. I could pinpoint every little mistake, but it was very much unlike being inside myself – this watching myself from the outside, this novelty, it was very strange.

And watching it… I kind of think I could do it all again. Maybe… very easily.

So the question is, I think, how do I pay for another trip to Wales, without winning a $3500 check first? Dude, that beats me too.

But I can’t help but think I’d do really well.

Maybe in a year. Maybe in two?

I need to get workin’ on my Welsh. ;}
