Res-Q

I love this stuff.
I put it on my lips and on my cuts and bruises. It’s better than neosporin. It’s Doctor Burt’s Res-Q Ointment! It’s green and it stinks of green things, and it’s absolutely brilliant! It comes in a round, flat little tin. The tin is green. The substance inside is green and a little bit hard—you have to press it with the tip of your finger to smoosh it a bit so that it gives you soft pieces to smooth on your skin. I won’t kiss Marty when I have it on my mouth, because that seems tricksy, but nothing has ever healed so fast as when I use this stuff—chapped lips, cutting myself cooking dinner, little burns! What a great little thing!
On the back, it says it has these things in it: Sweet almond oil, olive oil, beeswax, cocoa butter, wheat germ oil, a couple of things I can’t pronounce (tocopheryl acetate & tocopherol… it says that’s Vitamin E?), lavender oil, comfrey leaf & root extracts. It also says “95.70% Natural”, which sounds nice. It may taste weird, but it’s never bothered me—tastes a WHOLE lot better than neosporin. Even the neosporin lip stuff!
It was a stocking-stuffer from my parents for Christmas. (Well, a gold bag stuffer. We don’t get too technical.) I used to put neosporin on my lips when they were really chapped but forget that, this stuff is so much better! Marty got a tin, too. I wonder if he wants his?
Hee!
