This morning I had a bonafide revelation about videoblogging and Toastmasters. I also joined Vloggerheads on a bit of a whim (though the serendipity of Tom Guarriello belonging to Triiibes played a large part). They’ve been very warm and welcoming so far, so we’ll see what comes of that. I admit it… I had fun playing with video this afternoon. It’s been tempting me for so long—and now I actually have a good reason to add it to my repertory!

Think of it. Public speaking without waiting for a Toastmasters slot! Not the same, but not freaking bad. Let’s see how much practice time I can muster! ;}

PS. Way more entertaining than my paltry vloggage…
PPS. Unless this counts, of course…

  • Ahhaha, you guys make me so happy! James! This is not poofy hair, I will never show you what my hair looks like when it's ACTUALLY poofy... ;}

    I do intend to do more. It's going to be a really interesting exercise.

    Okay, cute aside. Upon the second watch through, I realized something. I am the exact opposite of you, in that I have a huge vocabulary and gift for telling stories to people, but when I must write things down I am suddenly paralyzed by horrible grammar and lack of purpose. This was interesting, because I never thought of it that way. Thanks.

    Megan, you're adorable. I'd forgotten exactly how adorable you were with your poofy hair and mesmer stare. Please, keep doing these.
  • Okay, I can't get over how adorable the first two lines are. ADORABLE! (:

    I'll stop acting like a fangirl now. Well, soon. Probably. Eventually.
  • OMG, that was incredibly adorable. I am still grinning from your cute.

    Okay, cute aside, (you're really cute), I think this is a *brilliant* idea. Why haven't we thought of this before?!? Wow!! I want in on this amazing thing.

    Oh, Pace says we were waiting on our home studio. Well, I realized today that I'm doing a TON of WAITING and it's causing me to STOP MOVING, which is silly. So there. (:

    Thanks for being awesome. Again. (;
