by Megan M. on December 3, 2008 · Comments (Blog) | email me

Chances are, next week I will have a beautiful and complex understanding of exactly what this thing is and how to eat it—but right now, I’m stumped!

[Edit: Thank you George!! It’s purple kohlrabi, and it sounds like it will make a delicious stir fry…!]

Cow Juice Jihad

by Megan M. on October 27, 2008 (Blog) | email me

I’ve had a sinus infection for the last week or so. I’m very close to being healthy again—I am still easily exhausted and have to be careful about how hardcore I work, and my sinuses still feel very tight, but most of my other symptoms are gone and I feel fine otherwise.

I am 95% certain [...]
