I just got back from the most amazing rehearsal. She had never seen the music before, but we ran through it all once, repeated certain sections only for posterity, finished my token four pieces… and I wasn’t tired. I wasn’t sore. I wasn’t worn out. I wished I’d brought more music! It was so exciting!! [...]
